The SC judgement says that OBC reservation should be limited to graduation level. Graduation can be bachelor or master degrecourse. The court instead of clarifying the matter has confused it. Upper castes have the which is a numerical minority in India have got the courage to protest inside the court premises which amounts to contempt of court. Should they not be punished.

Upper castes have covert support from every quarter of bureaucracy and judiciary. Anti reservationists have thier sympathizers there. That is why reservation is necessary in bureaucracy and judiciary as well. Reservation in private sector should also be implemented without further delay.

As long as their protests are peaceful and they do not make any personal comments or attribute motives to the Judges and they criticize only the judgement, then they are only expressing 'peaceful dissent' which is the hallmark of a democracy. The usual punishment is to arrest them and release them in the evening. if the protest is peaceful, no force should be used.

What happens if every body starts showing peacefull dissent at supreme court? Clearly, harsh action is required against these people.
