You are right.

As soon as they make their declaration the
IT sleuths should swoop down on them ALL for
an authentic verification.

And, if because of this 'suo moto' action
the politicos shy away and don't stand for
elections, that would be the first and only real
contribution bureaucrats would have given us
Indians in over 60 years.

Have you noticed the living style of Sri Yedyurappa? He is definitely a poor politician. Even small time politicians reaching the level of Corporator are worth more than what Sri Yedyurappa has declared as his assets.

If you look at the wealth ammassed by government servants, as unearthed by the Lokayukta, politicians look far better. What about businessmen who have ammassed wealth by avoiding payment of tax and fleecing the consumer?

The whole system urgently needs overhauling. I would rather blame the common man, who for his selfish reasons, has been supporting corruption, instead of blaming politicians or government servants and un-ethical businessmen.

Please ponder over.

Now its the profession by which you can earn more with less efforts, So everybody will rush to join any political party to become a rich person.

Ratan TATA of Dhirubhai had to make lot of efforts to reach at this level but Politicians are becoming richer in a short span of time.

Think ....What they will do for us ? because they are very much bussy in doing the activities for themselves.

If a real Indian who starts thiking on the above issue then I don't think the politician can win 10% of votes but when this day will come nobody knows. Because everyone wants their share in the business of Politics.
