Mannuji is giving some junk gyaan... dont pay too much attention to him folks..!

You see, he gets a chance to say something only when he is outside Delhi. That is why he ends up saying some irrelevant things. In Delhi, his vocabulary is limited to two words only ... : "Yes Madam". !
