Basically these hapless creature are the result of a failed experiment done by that Jinn Mohammad chain smoker. The cowardly 'run away' experiment failed so brutally that it gave rise to these hapless abominations called pakis. They have failed so much that failure is a way of life to them and failure has lost all meaning as far as pakistan is concerned.
