If so, then: Have you ever really read the Vedas, Upanishads, Smritis and Puranas (Ramayana and Mahabharata) ? Your answer most probably will be: "No!" The Hindu mentality is such, that it usually accepts anything without questioning its authenticity. The reason is that for several centuries the higher caste Brahmin has taught that the low caste indigenous Indian has no right to question any discrepancies in Hindu beliefs and mythology.

Greed, but altleast people can question the religous beiliefs in Hinduism. What about Islam where age old principles are considered to be gods words. Muhammed made Islam in such a manner that their is no place for questions. See the reasoning for 5 times Namaz, Multiple Marraiges, concept of Haram. Islam is twisted just for convenience as thought by Muhammad. And you think this as a book with all solutions. I am no scholar in Islam or Hinduism but Islam just sucks when it comes to respecting other religions. Go in these Islamic countries and you will find discrimination based on religion. Hindusim is no doubt a religion with evils but atleast one can question. It has evolved over a period of time and has changed to certain extent. Quran is just another Arabian Nights. There is nothing else but praise me-Muhammed.

Notice 'Report Abuse' disabled by Modertor! And what has 'Are you a Hindu?' got to do with SIMI activities (this article)? Another pointer to Christian shareholders of Rediff influencing Hindus.
