CPI leadership were supporting British then. Not because for reasons related to India.

But because their 'fatherland' USSR was an ally of Britain.

you fool! i think you don't have single line kowledge of history.At that time Communist party in bengal means all the armed revolutionaries belonged to them.Congress beggers were then begging to Britishes for power accumulation.Communist Party was the only political & dangerous front to British then.They even took the biggest role in 1946 indian NAVY Revolution.But,thanks to Gandhi & Nehru's spineless irresponsibility,the movement goes in vain.
