I think we should be proud that India has first woman president. Compared to our last presidents since independence she is quite good although she is a woman.

and here i though we should be proud to have a good, non corrupt President whose merit should be his stature and value and gender. The proof of this is that when Pratiba patil addrssed the Brazil Senate, it was nearly empty, only the indians and a few administrative staff of Brazil was present. That shows how much respect she gets in foreign country. The contrast with the reception that Dr. Kalam used to get is striking.
