Now look Mr.Reddy. I am God. (See, you cannot see my name in this board, trouble of being omnipresent). I give advices, you are here to hear them, not question, ok? Culture is always related to place AND time, so it is always changing. Now be a good boy and get back to work.

Honestly, though, I think place and time are important. Some say a "set of people living at a particular place in a certain period of time" constitute the culture. So maybe there are three variables - place, time, people. So culture has actaully to be defined with these parameters also. Indian culture, hence, is basically incorrect; since it has no reference to time and people. You cannot consider Indians as one set of people, since there are more differences among them than the entire European Union. And since even this set of people change with new people coming in, knowledge changes with discoveries, understanding of more natural forces etc. In short everything changes, it is in tune with how natural changes(doesnt mean geographical - a set of people invading another is a natural (animal instinct) change, it is ok; otherwise, it is wiped out.

Ever wondered why Muslims oppose to that song there? I mean there are so many Muslims scattered across this nation, and why this particular set at this particular place opposed the song?
