I am sure CBI knows, not just about D but about every other criminal/gang/scam in the country. They have the technology, resources and network- the million dollar question is that- can they do anything about it. All the major gangsters/ terrorists and scams have equally major politicians and beuracrats as equally major stakeholders. Does anybody really think that D will ever be brought back to India. It is not rocket science that he could not have become so big without political patronage. Does anybody really think that any political party has the will for him to be tried here. Tomorrow, even if Pakistan were to offer him on a plate, our political leaders will put a spanner in the process... because if he is tried here.. he will TALK and it is everybody's guess what that could be.
And the second angle is that for the current regine he is a muslim first, a criminal later... and congress and the communists know this very well!!! hence he will never be touched...
