Period. Judicial system is for citizens- not for terrorists to take advantage of.
Else, as seen in Gujarat, people will radicalise and settle the issue in their own way.
By the way, rightwing's rise in Guj is partly due to massive underworld, criminal, terrorist activites by Dawood and other gang who primarily were from minority community.

Tathagata Mukherjee is right...we hindus are terrorist in one way...that we are more regional and communism....as we have seen in mumbai...we are more interested in our own community.....we don't care about country.....this is leading to a kind of mind terrorism in oneself mind ....which will spoil india's unity and soverenity one day.....this is a kind of mental terrorism....stop this if any human can.

If hindus think of community only, how can you declare them terrorist? It you want to say so whole world is homeland of terrorist working in the interest of their own community. Look at histroy, which Hindu king in India imposed religious tax on their community or tried to make more hindus (by force) in other communities.
