Dawood is not sitting there like a duck to be poached by RAW agents!
More than the RAW and Indian administration, ISI and Pakistani administration are interested in Dawood. Dawood for all practical purposes is under house arrest by the ISI. Every move of his is watched by the ISI or even directed.
Dawood doesnt have a choice.
Actually, Dawood wants to come back to India and like to spend life imprisonment in India for his crimes. The only thing that he doesnt want is capital punishment. But for his forced involvement by the ISI in Bombay blasts, Dawood is not sure of escaping capital punishment.
Dawood is not a terrorist by choice; he is a gangster interested in running his underworld business. ISI compelled him into Bombay blasts.
Dawood for that matter any criminal wants to come to India and face the impartial judiciary in India. But they are not allowed by the ISI.
Ask Yakub Memon; he will tell you.
Living in Pakistan is a nightmare for all these gangsters. They are treated as prisoners and are compelled to commit more terrorist activities in India, perhaps against their wishes.
Yakub thought he would serve a life term and pay for his sins and start life all over again.
Rememmber the terrorist killer of Lalit Maken & wife, the son-in-law of Former President Shakar Dayal Sharma. He served a life term and after it went and met with Makens orphaned daughter and apologised. Later he got married&started nulife

I don't think that Makan was killed by an Islamic terroist .. it was the khalistani connection. I couldbe wrong though.
Islamic terorrists are different. They think that killing people is a service to Allah and will make them eligible for 72 virgins in heaven ...while they may not get even one on earth ...LOL

Otherwise how can you find any meaning in Makens killers story and he being totally forgiven by Makens daughter (who lost both her father and mother when she was still a tiny tot! If am right she even attended the wedding of her fathers killer!)

ohh my GOD what the hell are you thinking? How can you even conceive such preposterious plans ? We are a peace loving nation ; we wont harm anyone . We are like the banyan tree who gives shelter to everyone. We are a country where the Prime minister becomes so terrified to hear about the assassination of the arch enemy by the IB that he informs him about the plan and gets the mole inside the Pak govt killed.
