YOU, MY FRIEND, HAVE SO MUCH TO LEARN AND KNOW ... THE YOGA YOU KNOW IS NOT EVEN THE REAL YOGA WHICH HINDUISM CONSIDERS AS YOGA ... THE PHYSICAL YOGA IS JUST TO TRAIN YOUR MIND AND BODY FOR THE REAL YOGA...THE WEST JUST UNDERSTANDS THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG AND THINKS THATS WHAT IT IS

When I say Yoga i mean the art of sense introversion, is a part of Raja Yoga.
You my friend will be surprised that the west today has more Raja yogis than urban India, they have recognized the message and imbibed it, we have gone fundamentalist and equated yoga with cultural jigoism. Cultural jingoism is called hinduism today.

It's ur opinion.
Everyone have their own definition of what is sensible.
Example: If u ask Osama and desert-Arabs, to them, sufism is not even part of Islam. It makes no sense to them.
