.. The Indian side is trying to figure out whether to draw the Sino-Indian boundary along the Ganges river or along the Vindhyas.

The Chinese, on the other hand, do not want to have anything to do with Bihar or UP! They are so afraid of India's suggestions on the boundary issue.

Only a fool like you will think that way!Chinese are more smarter than you!They will ofcourse take UP & Bihar..please enrich your knowledge about these two states..seems all you source of knolwdge is reading local newspapers!
