Crores of foreign money is flowing to our economy through these workers. But the government is treating them like they are NRIs. That means your need their money not them. First critisize the Govt.

I am really amazed at the general knowledge of the one who posted this message and those who responded to the same. The Indian workers abducted in Afghan are employees of BRO (Border Road's Organization - a para military organization). They are undertakign construction of roads in Agfghan and the terrorists are against development, especially construction of roads. Now where is written in the report that they were Keralites? Even if they are from Kerala, they are employees of BRO.

going to any other country for work doesnt mean that u are living or like to live without honour! in this case it can be anybody who got offered a good sum of money to do labour work. I cant see any wrong doing in it. If u are up for a challenging job u take it..simple as that.

Dont talk shit! there are lacks of people apart from keralite looking for better jobs / financial gains in Europe / Gulf etc do u think they dont have an HONOUR? Moreover, what is wrong is working anywhere where there skills are paid well? People like u finds faults without understanding the ground situation, Kerala is ruled by communist and setting up a industry in Kerala is not as easy as in other states. I have worked in different states and have found that people of each states are unhappy with other state workers. This trend should stop or else very soon states will turn out to be countries and in future v may require visas to enter other states of India. Example Maharashtra not happy with north indians, Karnataka not happy with Tamilian / keralites etc.etc.etc.
