They are frustrated with chinese made missiles which lands miles away from target n pakis N-weapon are mere 20% efficient. So the pakis are test the missiles and showing everybody that how poor they are.

Well, there is saying in english that keep your friends close and your enemies closer. There is no such saying that close your eyes to the fact. And the fact remains that Chinese are far ahead of us in terms of defese capabilities. And Pak is just testing something that has been successfully tested a million times by Chinese. They had the ICBMs in 1965 which we are still struggling to make.

Defence Journals are not always brought to the fore by legal means. People (in the know) are encouraged to talk to their journalists, and asked questions which may be a hundredth of the whole truth. But when they come from hundred sources, they analysts solve the jig-saw to make a whole. Ofcourse, the accuracy is as good as the analyst's intelligence.
