India has to delvelop high accuracy anti ballastic missile system to save most part of India as only missle can hit india any part. Aircraft can only reach northern india.

It is believed that we are already in research stage for protection umbrella. But, it will take some time. Meanwhile we can get the help of some countries in west who have this tech.. But how, If it is from US or it's allies there will be problems with Communists. Immediately we can't do anything.

You are abs. correct. We should develop a shield system (some thing like American patriot missiles) to knock out the enemy missiles in the air itself.

forget Water Cannots as there is shortage of water everywhere in India. May be soft drinks or beer can do the trick.
