Why cannot the Arjun, T-72, and the T-90 be assessed independently by any assessing council / body/ reviewer and a report submitted to portray its faults and strengths? But this needs to be done fast say within 3 months and a decision reached.

for that to happen we need an authority which is competent enough as well as unbiased.
