That way no one should be punished on humanitarian ground.When they do such heinous crimes are they acting human and when they kill other humans? Working for a State is no lesser crime.It is bigger.No one thinks of innocent victims who die and are harassed by corrupt babus every day.Criminal law cant have generosity built in it.Then it will no more be useful.If sarabjit was really repeat really involved then law has to operate.Same way if AfzalGuru was involved really he should be hanged without delay.There should not be hesitation to finish anti social elements who do crimes of this typoe in profesional manner for mafia,governments and their gangs,and not out of sudden personal vendetta or in emotional disturbance.Law has to operate for victims and not for perpetrator.This must be universal rule in all countries.Clemancy and relaxation can be given only in rare & exception cases. If he is really involved then both Pakistan and India governments should go ahead and execute the convicts in their respective country.But to hang innocent will be serious and bigger crime by State.This should be kept in mind.

we loved our President APJ , but he was also quite reg AFJAL matter. How funny. INDIAN shou;d love his country 1st , then His religions. But APJ didnt do that.

yes APJ was good, but I forgot he stilt not lbelived that NIL AMANG STRONG WENT TO MOON AND WLAKED ON MOON cuz he is also belong to Soldier religion who like to eat tortoise.
