if we execute 1000 odd people on rape, the take women for granted attitude will automatically disappear because of the Death Penalty!! Our laws are too benign!!! For 60 years we have allowed criminals to live in an atmosphere of tolerance.
No More!!! Execute 4 or 5 thousand hard core rapists, murderers, rowdy sheeters - and you automatically find people following the rule of law
Heck this will even solve the country's Eve teasing problem - fear of the law!!!!OF course u wont get executed for eve teasing but at least u'll know that the law has become strict and due to percolating effect, what was tolerated YESTERDAY will not be tolerated now!!
Democracy, freedom does NOT imply convenience to do whatever one wants!!!

excellent idea, even i eulogise that thought. Kill them and u will find peace. Wont happen till the PMs and the Ministers daughters and wifes dont get raped...........
