BJP candidates who were arm twisted to part with Rs 1 crore for a ticket suffered a triple whammy. The first was when the Hoggenkkal issue blew up in their faces. The second was the reservation verdict of the SC. The third is the arrival of SM Krishna.
These BJP candidates are now not spending any money. They know the mood of the state

Even before that, BJP were losers. Except for press conference where Arun Jaitley claims n their victory, BJP candidates are met with unenthusiatic voters in their campaign trail.
People have made up their minds a long time ago on the basis of JD(S)-BJP misrule
