You seem to have special ways of gaining this sort of information, the rest of us do not have. Let us assume he is. Okay, what has that got to do with his performance as a Chief Minister? Do you know the nature and scope of economic and educational development he has accomplished for Gujarat? Have you wondered, why he was elected again, after the combined Indian media, spearheaded by the propaganda channel, NDTV (wonder who funds this outfit?) were shouting against him? Do you ever ask questions like that? Or are you like some "yellow journalist" only interested in individual's sexuality, sexual fantasies, toilet habits and so on? Incidentally, Pandit Nehru and many other Indian leaders never remarried after the early deaths of their respective spouses. Please understand, many men and women can focus on matters other than what their libidos dictate. Ms. Manjula, like me, you have access to a computer and time on you hands. But spend those resources wisely. Above all, do not be too casual with your abuse or accusations. You and I can never match what Narendra Modi has achieved.

A train bogie was burnt there. Many Hindus died. You should be happy with Modi, that he did this marvellous act of cleansing the nation of Hindus, Mr. Iyer.. :-) As to your other labels - fake encounters, etc. etc. etc. Are you naive enough to believe that the nation has waited 60 years for Modi to pioneer these activities?.. :-) Come on, if you seriously believe that, you should be learning A for Apple in a Nursery somewhere. But one thing he did do for the first time in 60 years. Gave a clean government that ACTUALLY WORKS and produces results for those who want to see it. Others may choose to close their eyes... that's your prerogative.

rama, Godhra or post-Godhra or the 1984 killing of 3,000 innocent sikhs in New Delhi, or the loss of lives in any communal riot or any caste-riot or political riots in our country - ALL are a National Shame for us. The first question for me is: what have our "secular" governments done in relation to so many communal riots since the 1960s - Meerut, Bagalpur, Bhiwandi, New Delhi? Modi is a very recent phenomenon. I will come to him. But I want to show you that our Central govt., and the English-language media have NOT been HONEST in relation to past communal riots and this recent, unfortunate Gujath one. Everyone has singled out Gujarath as the easiest to fix responsibility for. Despite numerous commission reports and so on, the "secular" governments have done little to prevent communal riots. Very little was done in 1984. For instance, army regiments are always close to Delhi. Why it took three days of rioting before the security forces were brought in? Please compare Gujarat with what happened in the past riots. Modi's police killed well over 275 Hindu rioters. Compare that with what happened, or did not happen, in NewDelhi. Within about 30 hours Modi's police brought the mobs under control. Compare that with 1984 Delhi. How many newspapers have presented a list of the steps Modi took? The UPA government "U.C.Bannerjeed" Godhra in an unbelievable report, saying, dozens of men and women in the two railway garages set fire to themselves. Manipulation and politics..

Manipulation and politics have confused and confounded Godhra and Post-Godhra from the start. People were so eager to blame Modi and the BJP, even before they learnt the facts of what had happened. The UC Bannerjee report would be seen by the people of Gujarath as the biggest lie and fraud committed upon them. If you see a fire in your railway compartment, would you not open the door and jump out? If there are 60 people in the compartment, would not, at least, 30 of them survive, even in a serious and sudden fire? The UC Bannerjee Report is an insult to the intelligence of people. Again to demonise Modi and, hoping that by implication, people would come to "secular" parties is a cheap trick. It is amazing how many Indians, even educated ones, continue to fall for this "secular" and "communal" talk. I can show you "communalism" in the so-called "secular" parties and show you "secularism" in the so-called communal parties. I am NOT a member of any party. I am not an activist even in any cultural organisation.
