Inflation
by Ashok Tooley on Apr 18, 2008 11:14 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

High prices have become world wide phenomenon. Oil prices have triggered it. Mr Shenoy, do you blame Mr Manmohan Singh and his team for it? Instead of saying - I told you 11 months back- if you could give a solution to it, we will appreciate it more. Power and Energy Security is very important which this Govt. is trying to address along with other issues. Many of us do not want to do anything but blame the Govt. for not doing this or that. It is high time we should relise our responsibility as responsible citizens. Constructive criticism is good but le us do our bit also.

What about service tax which has inflated prices of all services by 12% who is to be blamed/public or FM/PM, similarly in each budget-FM/PM are interested to suck the blood of common people only by way of putting everyone into tax net. They are highly afraid of Govt. servants-why increase salary when it is linked to inflation index(It is KALANK that they have not provided employment to everyone even after 60 years of rule at minimum wages cost, but always hike pay for their own employees. Similary 33% of budget allocation is only for subsidies-an authorised way of political corruption. FM/PM -the fools are not caring tons of crores money given to States for development work has been spent on subsidies etc.,etc.,No action on States for this mis-appropriations.

Ashokji, Indian public is doing its bit, by contributing taxes, like never before. Even 70/80 year olds need to pay taxes, whether they get necessary care and support or not.
The article may be a critic, but it first carries lots of facts which enlighten the largely ignorant public.
Having become aware of the facts at hand it is upon the readers to do their bit by raising the issues at every forum available to them.
Individuals do not matter, but collective and loud opinions do , which will only follow with the dispensation of information.
