Why announce? If they are legally correct, let them finish the project without any political statements.

They are legally correct and read carefully this announcement is made in the state assembly and not to the press.

You are wrong. All those people sitting in the state assembly are not legal experts. And, many a times, they will announce it there without seeking consultation from legal experts for political mileage. So, I do not agree with you.
