We should have death penalties for tax fraud, stealing VAT receipts, damaging electric power facilities, selling counterfeit medicine, embezzlement, accepting bribes and drug offenses too. We should include rape to that list above.
Amnesty can cry all they want. After all, it is not their kids who can fall helpless victims to counterfeit medicines.

We should also have death penatly for tax collector, who think they can tax people, steal their earned money, fatther themselves, and distribute among undeserved people. Rajiv Gandhi once remarked, every 1 ruppee that is allocated, only 15 paises reach.. In between money is eaten by the hynas... Why do you want government to collect tax, and become your care taker. collectivism is the worst ideology. All we need money for is for our defense, our adminstration, our police, and nothing else...
