Why you are against execution
by Aftab on Apr 15, 2008 10:35 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

I think execution is the only tool that China has to keep the large p[opulation follow the law of the land.Executions have taken place for bribery, rape, theft in addition to anti national activities.

They do not want to follow the Indian model where punishment rate for serious crime is extremly low and the wealthy & mighty can swing decisions the way they want.

They do not believe in releasing a terrorist and foreign minister escorting him to Kandhar.

I think they are justified in what they are doing. Imagine how many millions were killed in the name of War against terror. At least they do not have any right to teach morality to the world and talk about human rights.

I think it is a disease with which many Indians are suffering. They feel that for every act of a muslim the entire community is to be blamed and they feel that only Hindu are patriotic and the muslims are anti national. as long as this disease persists the problem will not be over.

Afzal Guru is a case that you have used to malign the muslim community. If Afzal Guru has committed a crime and he had not been able to prove himself innocent then why he should not be punished. Every fellow should pay a price for committing a crime. But selective use in which the killers of Naroda Patia and Godhra go scot free will send conflicting signals. We must avoid this.

First I will suggest that you remove the dirty blanket of Sangh Parivar. It has started stinking and then look at the community other than Hindu. You will perhaps have a fair opinion.

There is a HUGE list of Islamic Terrorists. Afzal Guru, Dawood Ibrahim, Bitta Karate, Yasin Malik etc are just examples.

More dangerous are people like Mufti Mohammad Sayeed (and his ungrateful daughter, for whose freedom so many dreaded terrorists were released) who proposes use of Pak currency in Kashmir.

Never forget the Godhra train massacre when you speak of Gujarat. That was the unfortunate event caused by Muslim terrorists and resulted in bloody reprisals by the masses.
