my dear friend, being a hindu kingdom is nothing to do with Monarchy, Monarchy has to be abloshied from all over the world (where ever it remains), and if the majority of people does not beleive in religion than why are you worried, keep follwoing your religious prictices, whos stopping you...

FYI...Hinduism in Nepal is largely interwined with the Monarchy, this is the reason why there never has been a religion based dispute in this poor but sceinic little country nestled between the two humongous selfserving, selfrighteous, domineering, deceitful and very, very greedy neighbours. Monarchy in Nepal was never a threat to the people of Nepal. It was portrayed as an abstacle to the poor people( poor because of the actions of these 2 neighbours-e.g. hindering the development efforts by blockade or by covert spy operation if it directly did not serve their purpose) of Nepal by these neighbours who were not able to do what they liked within Nepal's boundary to meet their own self interest.Even today,as a bonafide Nepali, I want Monarchy in Nepal. My friends think the same but we can't compete against the resources that these 2 neighbours are pouring in my country to oust the Monarchy to serve their own selfish interest at the cost of nepali lives.................

Where did u get your data that "Majority of people don't believe in Religion"???Try abolishing Monarchy from UK, Denmark, The Netherland, Spain, Norway,Leichtenstein..... Pompous attitude such as yours serve no purpose...... Countries without Monarchy .. India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, almost the whole of Africa do not have Monarchy... are they better off today????????
