It seems ridiculous to say that sex should be legalized in India. Those who are in favor of brothel houses and mid nights sex pubs don't realize one thing that the dignity of India on this subject is at altitudes internationally. In fact,in Europe and US where sex is legal, rapes and post rape murders are common. Its an intention, that nobody can put a hurdle or a spike on it and its not gonna stop until the earth stops rotating.

pl get yr facts right mate! prostitution is as criminalised in the US and UK as in their bootlicking india! so naturally sex related crimes are high in these places!sex work is legal in places like holland.. pl go and check sex crime rate there instead of talking half baked nonsense based on erroneous facts!sexual liberation is a myth in the US and Uk coz christianity is anti sex and anti nature unlike hindutva which is pro nature hence pro natural sex... christianity still has a strong grip on the average american psyche! christianity is at the root of all anti nature atrocities including the assault on sex...go to truly secular countries like holland, germany, france , sweden etc and see the difference! go to hindutva influenced countries like thailand and see the difference!

I am not gonna for a debate and dont try to tell me that sex is not legal in US. I have been living here for the past 5 years and I know what people used to do here.

Sex is legal everywhere (except underage). What Sandeep pointed out is prostitution is illegal in US, which is absolutely correct. Only one town in Nevada called Reno, it is legal. Except that its illegal everywhere. Thats not to say its not happening under the covers. Tons of escort sites in US - escorts are officially just companions. Whatever happens beyond that is between two consenting adults.
