when yu have a party that support the terrorists by not executing them when they are on death row, or does not allow search warrants on mosques, or despite supporting jaswant in freeing the indian citizens - talk against their own stance ...what more do you require ?

no party has got anything to do with executing a death sentence...it is completely between the judiciary and the president.
