Even if we accept that Ram did born and walked on this earth, what does it prove. how does that make him the GOD.
Moreover, its more important to do research on Valmiki, instead of Ram. When was Valmiki born and how did he came to know about Ram in such great details, the author of the article himself accepts that Ram was born so far back that no evidence of his existance can survive the time, if that so then how come Valmiki got to know about it. Ramayana is not a small story, it is huge talking not only about Ram but many other charecters, how could valmiki gather this information unless it is a frigment of his imagination.
Valmiki did not write Ramayan, he NARRATED it ... he was alive during the time of Ramayan, in fact Ram's sons - Luv and Kush were born in his ashrama , the Sage Valmiki met Ram, Sita, Hanuman - all the characters ...
Plus the proof of ram is all over India in the form of geographically annotated places like Ayodhya, Chitrakoot, Kishkinda, Rameswaram ...
(even Ram Setu - you should refer to the report by Geological Survey of India, which was presented before Madras High Court and it ruled that Ram Setu was man-made, in the Supreme Court WITHOUT ANY EXCAVATIONS, the ASI said it was natural - thus the controversy - anyway, new excavations will take place and the truth will prevail)
But since these events took place 6500 years ago (yes, recent astronomical studies pin-point the exact dates) people started identifying these as mythology more than History !
do u know there is a great controversy whether Jesus was born on 1 AD or 4 AD (So the farther back u go, the more blurred the details become)
But that does not take away the historicity of Ramayan or Mahabharat!

i have done proper research ! Abraham never visited arabia - that was a lie told by muhammed to muslims to give mecca a jewish and prophetic tradition !
the kaaba has vikramaditya inscriptions , no mention of abraham in any pre-islamic mecca books (and there are many)
The entire concept of Haj is a lie ! one of the 5 pillars of islam is a lie ! thus islam fakes, fails and falls

All I know is that Noah was born to live in this earth for approx 950 years (the rest if his family had equally long lives and never bothered to share their secret). I just forgot the exact date of Noah's birth, about which I am sure you can shed some light into. When exactly was Mohammed born? Date and time please? Birth certificate would also be a great help. And why this confusion about Jesus's birth month? December is too cold to have shepherds tending sheep outside, at night so he probably was born some other time.... blah blah? Come on it's just 2000 yrs ago so give us a proper date. 7AD? 8AD? Why isn't AD counted right after his birth? Ramayana is older than Jesus's granddad's generation so lets get finished with the recent history first.
Rama is called an avatar of God and hence God. And you can call Jesus God. Is there much difference between the son of God and God? This "how does this make Rama God" kinda talk is getting pathetic now. Everyone who doesnt have anything to say, starts with the same silly question. If you do not have anything new then don't waste time posting unnecessary material.

in brief, i had said that i would rather believe the 5114 BC date as it is very lucidly scientifically proven - taking this as base, other future events like ram;'s marriage horoscope, killing of ravana, ram becoming king - then concurring dynastic lineages all add up and proves the scientific evidence of Shri Ram

Hmmm... Followers of Ram exist today and hence proved ok... Followers of Christianity and Bible exist today hence Bible is true...Bible says Earth is around 6421 yrs old so that has to be true...Article itself confuses readers about Ram's birth time but 5114BC seems to be logical... but but earth is just 6421 yrs old, Now back calculate and it seems to be mathematically impossible... but but mathematics doesn't work in the religious world...hence proved that Ram existed. (P.S. Aliens also exist for sure because I know many people believe in them)

Why always people ask about evidences of existances of Ram? When this stupid topic will stop? Why always hindu's hurt everytime. Being a hindu no person ever asked to give evidences of Abraham/ Jesus/ Karunanidhi. We never asked who was father of karuna and never asked any proof to karunanidhi?
