Dont stop there...the age of the universe is defined to the 6th decimal..can you ever imagine that..Some relegions beleived that man was made 6000 years before "BC"..hubble telescope tells the age of universe as 13 billion years old...according to the hindu mantra..commmonly recited in every ritual almost 100 times a day called "Sankalp" which has the term
"Viavaswata manwantarae" "jamboo dweep"
The term Viavaswata manwantarae means that we are in the manvantar of Vaivaswat manu.. which is the 7th manvantar..so the preceding 6 and including the 7 the current one puts the age of universe to 155.513332 Trillion Years - Age of the Universe
Jamboo Dweep as defined is the south Asian continent..did people who defined Jamboo dweep have satellites with them..??..
Amazing isnt it...For all those who dont believe Ram and Krshn..you can find them thro science

yes... "hinduism" but it is not called as 'hinduism' which is a contemporary name... i couldn't find any 'historical' name... historically this is called 'sanatana dharma' meaning - "the law which is"... 'is' as in eternity... without end or begining... may be we can interpret it as "the law of the being"... well i am not good in any language... forgive me if there's any mistake... this is definitely not from my knowledge- i have read in different books and also learnt the same from some 'sivacharyas'... currently i am in search of the meaning for the sankalp mantra which... as this reply says... seems to record the "current" temporal and cosmic location. "current" for the sankalp.
seems like there weren't any religion at that time as the article
