Hi Michael,
It is common knowledge that the stomach is removed in most of the autopsies to look for traces of any harmful substance in the stomach. Similarly kidneys could, I mean, could be removed to trace out any of the poisonous substances. Since it has been alleged that she was raped, uterus was removed to find out the sperms of the culprit & conduct a DNA matching. No big deal since the police are not going to gain by collecting organs of a dead person.

it's possible ... that they sold her kidney ... don't say that it doesn't happen in india? someone in india may have asked for "gori" kidney ... LOL
