Dont blame the country for this thing,Locals have Goa have always been arrogant coz of the booming tourism industry,firstly they give more respect to foreigners than indians,I accept the whole system is corrupt,money talks.But it is also Fiona's mistake of leaving a minor girl with somebody else,she invited trouble.i know very well when many foreigners go broke they start having a fling with indians to survive their remaining days. I dont want to hurt the sentiments of any foreigner ,but it is true that these things happen all the time in goa,mostly russians.
