GOA is drug capital of india, coz of its western association... though locals konkanis are increasingly feeling bad of it, there is no representation for them in polity. Govt now should take steps to controls the drug abuse there.

I am sure that this bullshit practice is performed on mass scale in such kind of accidents.

Those who were involved in that bullshit act of raping and killing of that teenaged girl were from goa.
I heard that even the son of GOA CM was directly involved in that shameless accident.
