last word on reservation

The Supreme court judgment is tricky. Unless the full content is read & analysed, one will not know the pros and cons of the judgment. The Honbl'e court must need to come out with clarifications very soon. on the question of creamy layer, i will give a significant observation:
The Hon'ble court has held that once a person becomes a graduate, then he is not entitled to reservation (this point is still not clear). will our netas accept it.
There is going to be a fight between the legislature (parliament) and judiciary regarding the same. The last word on reservations is yet to be pronounced. However, the way of thinking of the honourable court leads one to infer that courts may not accept caste based reservation in the days to come, there has to be economic criteria to justify the same. This is a welcome development.
