the anti reservation activists have again made a blunder by excluding creamy layer frm reservation...creamy layer will now gobble up the 50% share of the general category....i dont know these headless people were protesting against what?requset to sc to include these creamy layers in OBC category...vote gainst this boody congress....bring Modi baba to power...as he doent play caste politics....

Some clarifications.
This is how reservation works:
If I am an OBC and I get a seat due to my high rank I am admitted as a general category student. Nothing is deleted from the 27% quota. On the other hand if there are not enough non-creamy layer students to fill up the 27% quota then those seats are open to general category (means all).
Giving reservation to creamy layer is unfair, period. If creamy layer is included in the reservation all 27% seats will be filled. Now there is chance that some seats will get reallocated to open merit category

U r wrong. The unfilled seats are never filled by gen.candi. In fact, the politicians are demanding the same to continue.
