Supreme Court Judgment an Imperative
by Bhajiya on Apr 12, 2008 04:13 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Supreme Court of India has justified the cause of sharing national wealth by giving equal opportunities as well as protecting right of the weaker section of the society. We have been observing in all walks of life that it is deliberately projected and reinforced in the minds of people that weaker section of society are genetically weaker and does not possess intellectual and knowledgebase to qualify for the better options available to upper caste of the society. This myth spreading is strategic weapon used and many educated people come under influence and discriminate unjustly with these socially backward class.

This is heinous crime against humanity to practice apartheid, racisms and social discrimination and very ugly to justify this act criticizing wildly the corrective measures of Supreme Court. Entire nation knows how weaker section of the society are deprived by manipulation and craft tactics by showing unavailability, delay and internally under operating or operating internally against vacancies in the name of austerity measures, the legitimate vacancies of weaker section are awarded to the upper caste candidates. Indian administrative procedures are managed and manipulated by the crooks and there is no penalty or punishment for those lapses which is being promoted through conspiracy against the weaker sections of the society.

The major chunk of this share goes to those who grab absolute power and dictate the terms and spread myth to protect wasted interest.

. Just like RSS mind and Shakha people assemble on the Board of Trustee of IIM and IIT and almost all major institutions of the Government where they plant their ideologies to deprive weaker section and eat money and resources reserved for the weaker sections of the society. This injustice and favoritism eventually witnessed and was apparent on the face of outcomes from these institutions in the form of monopoly and supremacy. The myth was aired and propaganda being made that only Brahmin and Baniyas have been gifted good minds by the god to become eligible for IIM and IIT. DO you agree with this contention then who will agree on this planet except beneficiaries who were continuously engaged in this social crime therefore they were deserved this judgment to curtail their activities.

Now this Brahmin and Baniya concept is being put up by a pro-reservation person. I want to ask you why you want to distinguish yourself from others so called upper castes? Aren't they Indian or you are not an Indian? Stop this nonsense, which will devide the people. The next generation may have forgotton these castes system, had there been no reservation.

Have you ever attempted to fight for abolition of caste ?. We were indians, for so many hundred years , but we were all branded as unfit for education and job.

Mr.Gupta, You can see adn greet Sonia Gandhi because she is foreigner and she does not have sense of social discrimination. But you cannot meet or greet BJP and RSS bound leaders because they first think of who are you? What for? which Caste? and which Region what langue?
This is differance in Indian and Foreigners perception. Rspect for human beings. THey who preach for worshiping animals do not teach to respect Human beings thy the name Hindu and Upper Caste

those who are ashamed to be hindus should change their religion. As Mr.Narayan Murthy rightly said "we are the only people who will shout from there roof tops that we are backward". it goes against basic human mentality to say we are backwards, you look back you will never go forward. Those who want to go forward will go & you have many examples including Dr.Ambedkar ,with reservation or not.
You say uppercastes & go on repeating it & denigrate yourselves to backward caste & then want all the sympathy in the world.

Bhajiya you make sense. Hope RSS have long term plans for Hinduism and think of removing caste system before more number of conversions takes place. People should think of removing caste system before they think of removing reservation system

Yes...These people talk very bad about reservation of that 27 for SEBC ( not OBC ). Have they ever made agitation for Casteless society.? No..They won't do it., Because they wants them to be identified as forward and others are untouchable. They only fight for Ramar and Sethu and not for these small living creatures
