Caste is one of the longest surviving social institutions in the world.It started in india to prevent the intermixing of different races of people who came to india during the chain of migrations.It also led to formation of a feudalistic social strata in india.it is such an evil system that a persons position in the society is determined by his birth no matter however talent he has and hence needs to be slammed.it is proved during the past 60 years that the weaker section is still remaining weaker and the benifits are reaped by the rich amoung the so called backward caste.reservations have stamped permanently a class of people as always backward and made them feel that they are inferior.it didnt lead to eradication of the caste and made a particular section of the young people suffer for the atrocities committed by their forefathers.true to ensure social justice we have to uplift every section of the society but caste should not be the yardstick for identifying weaker sections.ban caste in india.ban all the caste based parties and organisations.ban practice of it in any form.the intelligence of a person has little link to the caste in which he is born.hence provide reservations based on his social and economic conditions.let us wipe put caste from india so that the future generations will come to know that (like sati) such a thing was practiced in the past only through text books.

I appriciate your view. Then before removing the reservation policy, we should baan the use of caste from our life including marriage. So next time none of the dalit boy or his family is forced to feel that he belong to such community, where he is not allowed to opt for his life partner based on his wishes. Where his kids will be always looked with hatred eyes.
