Supreme Court of India has justified the cause of sharing national wealth by giving equal opportunities as well as protecting right of the weaker section of the society. We have been observing in all walks of life that it is deliberately projected and reinforced in the minds of people that weaker section of society are genetically weaker and does not possess intellectual and knowledgebase to qualify for the better options available to upper caste of the society. This myth spreading is strategic weapon used and many educated people come under influence and discriminate unjustly with these socially backward class.
This is heinous crime against humanity to practice apartheid, racisms and social discrimination and very ugly to justify this act criticizing wildly the corrective measures of Supreme Court. Entire nation knows how weaker section of the society are deprived by manipulation and craft tactics by showing unavailability, delay and internally under operating or operating internally against vacancies in the name of austerity measures, the legitimate vacancies of weaker section are awarded to the upper caste candidates. Indian administrative procedures are managed and manipulated by the crooks and there is no penalty or punishment for those lapses which is being promoted through conspiracy against the weaker sections of the society.
The major chunk of this share goes to those who grab absolute power and dictate the terms and spread myth to protect wasted interest. Jus

I would like to further add here if forward class is facing problem is due to majority of positions for upper caste are being occupied by these brahmin and baniyas. therefore most of forward class remain ignorant that lower caste or backward class people are not their enemy but these special forward class back stabbed them.

my dear friend, if the reservation is done for really backward people like SC, ST people without much lowering the cut-off marks, then i dont think that people would have problem. but the problem is that this caste based reservation is not for the really backwards but for some castes which are politically strong. see, how much hue and cry govt. is making to include creamy layer in reservation. this shows that government is not interested in upliftment of really underprivilaged and people. rather it is interested in just playing the casted based politics.

What do you propose to do for the Brahmin widows and their illeterate wards at Vrindavan who are destined to grow up to be exploited?
Can a rickshawpuller's son be denied of an opportunity to rise in life just because he is a poor brahmin?
In that case who is perpetuating the heinous crime of caste based social discrimination?
Who are the crooks who are torturing the poor among the upper castes and how are you going to adress this issue to assure them a proper place under the sun?
How come the poor among the brahmins like Pandit Ishwarchandra Vidyasagar are succeeding by the dint of their hard work and merit and such ideals could be vigourously championed?
Why crutches of reservation is required why not self-help groups are promoted to make merit flourish?
How come other countries of the Indian sub-continent having the same legacy as ours are not having similar policies?
Why there are more people in OBC category in UP and Bihar?

Just like RSS mind and Shakha people assemble on the Board of Trustee of IIM and IIT and almost all major institutions of the Government where they plant their ideologies to deprive weaker section and eat money and resources reserved for the weaker sections of the society. This injustice and favoritism eventually witnessed and was apparent on the face of outcomes from these institutions in the form of monopoly and supremacy. The myth was aired and propaganda being made that only Brahmin and Baniyas have been gifted good minds by the god to become eligible for IIM and IIT. DO you agree with this contention then who will agree on this planet except beneficiaries who were continuously engaged in this social crime therefore they were deserved this judgment to curtail their activities.
