Need for an anti reservation political party
by Shailesh Sharma on Apr 12, 2008 04:33 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

It is the time when there should be an anti reservation political party to balance the power. Congress and BJP always enjoyed the votes of unreserved castes and never voice for thier favor. this is the high time now to form a party who will be against this policy

Pro-reservationists are the greatest casteists this country has ever known. They are the ones who are spreading the myth, that a certain section of the society of the society is or was genetically weaker and cannot compete with its peers on its own, and hence needs the permanent crutches of reservation. Most of these propangandists are politically oriented, priveleged people falling in the creamy layer, who want to perpetuate reservation for their own progeny, and not for those who actually need governmental and societal support. The time has come to have affirmative action, so that each citizen of this country gets equal rights and privileges as provisioned in the Constitution of India. But the geriatic political leadership is hell bent to distort the picture for the sake of their continuance in the political hegemony. Be it V.P. Singh or Arjun Singh. Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar never contemplated such a farcial implementation of the reservation policy, which has benefitted only a few, and has left the majority lagging far behind.

But the greatest dalit leader after Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, Kumari Mayavati, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh has sought and embraced the support of the brahmin community, whom you call as scum of the earth. Is behenji a dumb politician? Or, may be you are yet to mature as a responsible citizen!
