Nehru clearly divided the country into regions so that caste do not come together, so one can still, for example, oppress a tamil dalit and instill a sense of pride for the language/culture thus avoiding caste grouping. This has however failed and the divisions are now based both upon caste and region in India...

Nehru opposed the linguistic organization of the states. Hence, the assertion that he used regional card to counter caste is factually incorrect.

Everyone knows Nehru was a great supporter of linguistic division of the country, this may yet be another upper caste gimmick to change history.
