It pains to see such insensible decisions by SC. I came USA for higher studies and I was thinking to relocate myself this year in India. But I think this dream will never take shape. I am hurt and smoked.

Everything is conditional in the world.You are there because you don't have capablity to come in main stream. You need support of reservation and the corrupt judiciary to show that you are equal to others. If you guts file a suit against the castism. I am sure you will never because you will lose advantage of being in reservation.

I have guts, i am agreed to marry someone without asking his caste. I am ready to leave the name of my caste from my name. Do you have guts to do the same. If yes then let's each of us leave the caste and come out of it. In order to form social equality.

Read this also Sonali before commenting the system of this nation, where i am living from the last 30 years not you.
I would like to raise certain issues regarding the reservation through those, who are opposing the policy of reservation. Just turn down the today's Times of India. A guy belonging to dalit caste has been killed in punjab, the sole reason behind such barbaric act was following. He dared to love a girl belonging to upper caste, the parents of the girl killed him. If we are living in the society, where you are saying social equality exists. The unequality among our society is backed upper caste people. Those who boast of living in 20th century even following such kind of discriminations. If you really wanna get red of this illness then remove the caste system first from our life. Remove it totally including your marriage. While a guy/girl of the so called upper caste go for the marriage then they never see their attitudes. Remove the caste system from the entire society. So none of us will be known through our caste.

I don't believe in stories! I am here from last 3 years I have passed 23years of my life in India. you can't hurt anyone because here laws are so strong and they are implicated on every point. In india you kill someone and its sure you will be left spotless oneday. Because entire system is corrupt. I strongly feel that SC judge took bribe from congress to give this verdict. shame on those who defend it.

Listen i also feel shame on living the society, where peoples need reservation. However, the reservation is caste based issue. If you wanna remove this then remove the entire caste system from our society including marriage. Social euality will automatically formed then none will be needing any reservation.

The most intellectual Indians are migrating to USA,UK,Canada,America and Other European Countries.The second stuffs are going to Gulf Third stuffs are working in MNC s and leading Private firms in Managerial cadres.The most useless and dull fellows are fighting for Quotas.These quota fellows can't survive in developed countries and MNCs where merit is the only consideration.

hey stop harping on just one story, the problem of oppression and caste based discrimination is endemic to indian society and one doesn't need isolated incidents to prove its existence!
