ambedkar simply cut n paste ctrl c and ctrl v of British law. pls dont bring caste here. Even if a brahmin had done i would have blamed the same thing. Why India should follow the UK practise, as if they can never be questioned?

UK does not have a constitution to ctrl C-> Ctrl V. Who gave you such information.
UK law is based on the magna carta. India constitution is surely based on that plus the american constitution plus local cultural law such as the HUF. I guess the cut and copy was done but not in a brainless manner as you suggest. Please do some reading...

The copy paste alleged is largely from the Government of India Act, 1935, enacted by the British Parliament for India. The bicameral, quasi federal parliamentary, collectively responsible system of Government almost copied therefrom. All the rest in indegeous.
