who will be benefitted?
by Rahul on Apr 10, 2008 03:28 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

The person who will be benefitted will be a son of rich OBC, who himself got the seat in coleges based on reservation and also got the job based on the same reservation.

If the poor men gets the benefit it is Ok. but that will not be possible in reality.

Hi Rahul pls. understand the Judgment carefully because the creamy layer is excluded by the Supreme Court & definetly the poor people from OBC's will get a chance to study in elite institutes.
