In fact there are only 2 classes ie Rich and Poor. Now it is proved by studies that all castes have 3% talented persons whether upper or OBC or SC/ST. Govt. has failed to provide School education to poor class. How can then they reach and compete for higher education. giving reservation in higher education is just diluting quality of education. Merit in India is being neglected thats why we are getting such a poor governance. Its disgusting to see 90percenter not getting admission to accomodate 50percenter. This will bring further devide population instead of equalling.
