Upper castes enjoyed all the bounties for centuries.Poverty is not an accident, nor a natural disaster, nor inevitable, it is surely created by human beings, which means it must be soluble by us. The wealth gap is not story of merit and achievement, it's a story of the historical legacy of casteism in our country... Manusmriti developed discriminatory social system

49.5% seats booked, SC rules in favour of OBCs
New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the 27 per cent OBC quota in central educational institutions, including IIMs and IITs. However, the court said no to inclusion of creamy layer in the 27% OBC reservation.
Earlier, the bench had reserved its verdict on November 1 last year after marathon arguments from both sides.
On behalf of the petitioners, senior counsel KK Venugopal, Rajeev Dhavan, Harish Salve and others had contended that the Central Educational Institutions (Reservation in Admission) Act, 2006, was unconstitutional as the government went ahead with reservation for OBCs without identifying the intended beneficiaries.

Don't talk nonsense my dear. Yes Poverty is not accident but is surely created by the LAZY, UNEDUCATED people themselves and NOT BECAUSE OF THEIR CAST. In India a new CAST has been formed who generations after generations will enjoy the cream produced by TAXPAYERS of ALL CAST AND RELIGION and will enjoy so called social security. Shame on this type of democracy in India. Now at least I will not teach my next generation the foolish term ethics, the idiotic patriotism, not even to think India is their country. this country is rather a Hotel for me where I pay bill (called TAX) and stay.
