Let their be transparency in admissions to colleges, public sector and government organisation. The caste and religion should not be mentioned in the application. Each candidate should be called by an exclusive number allotted to him. Papers should not be allowed to get leaked(the upper caste people leak the papers to their near and dear ones). 10 papers should be drafted and randomly picked. The upper caste people pass the question papers to their nears and dears and in interview they help their own dears and nears. Till this continues Reservation is a must. A small minority should be allowed to eat away all the resources of this country.

"Papers should not be allowed to get leaked(the upper caste people leak the papers to their near and dear ones)" - wtf? all these happen only in Bihar and other states where OBCs do such things and keep the states underdeveloped...and i havnt seen anyone benefit from mentioning on some paper that he is from a higher caste...only the lower castes benefit...it is infact for this reason that no castes should be mentioned...
