Shame on the Indian 'judiciary'
by Jaganniwas Iyer on Apr 10, 2008 02:15 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Shame on this judiciary that has joined the political bandwagon to drag India down to the nadir. All the remaining bastions of excellence and merit are being eroded, offcially and legally. I can well understand the mental state of those who want to migrate to lands where merit is respected and honoured. The Indian judiciary has joined the political clas in declaring war upon the nation.

The judiciary has upheld the Land of law to the true sons of the soil.So for the so called 2% has virtually ruled the najority.By this ruling of Supreme Court they have been put in place, and they are free to move to their own land.

finally the brahmin controlled supreme court came to this decision after denying justice to OBCs for 17 years. Even the brahmin puppet, narendra modi can't do anything abt this
