Reservations for Economically Backward from all religions/castes

Why not reservations be offered exclusively to economically backward people hailing from all religions/castes ?

government/political leaders think that there are no poor people from forward castes & there are no rich people from backward castes.

dear politicians, just think wise ! change the system ! save the nation !

IN CONS. OF INDIA CASTE RESERVATION NOT GIVE CLASS RESERVATION CALSS DOES NOT MEANS CASTE
