Maybe the time has come to divide the country into two, India-A for General Category people and India-B for OBCs and Schedueles Castes ! Both then can compete with each other and not among themselves.

There is a simpler solution- have all the jobs for SC/ST/OBC and have a 10% quota for general category. After all we have to pay for the sins of our forefathers.
