SC/ST/OBC are not affordable to learn driving of car. and they are not getting chances to drive a car before the end of their life. If opportunities are not there for obc/sc/st how will will they learn driving of a car(lmv). better government can issue driving license to them so they will become driver and they will get chance to drive car. HMV license also should be given and job should be given in Government transport corporations. ask the judges to travel in the bus
